A detailed examination to plan the treatment.

Treatment started in childhood, while the jaw is still growing. It uses a removable appliance.
–4
Treatment started once all the adult teeth are in. Braces are attached to each tooth.
–From Phase 1 to Phase 2If your child moves straight on from Phase 1 to Phase 2, you pay the difference of ¥495,000 (incl. tax).
Adjustments and retainersPlease ask us about the fee for each adjustment visit and the cost of the retainer. A retainer keeps the teeth in place after treatment.

This is home whitening, which you do yourself at home.
With self-pay treatment, you can choose materials and methods that health insurance does not cover, and you pay the full cost yourself. Length and number of visits are a guide only and depend on the condition of your mouth.
| Treatment | Typical length | Visits | Main risks and side effects |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front-tooth crowns | 2–4 weeks | 3–4 visits | The tooth is reshaped by drilling. Strong force (grinding or clenching) can break the crown. Hybrid crowns may change color over the years. If the gums recede, the edge of the crown may show. |
| Back-tooth inlays | 1–2 weeks | 2–3 visits | Strong force can break the inlay. Decay can form underneath it. |
| Dentures (self-pay) | 1–2 months | 4–6 visits | Until you get used to it, speaking may feel difficult and the denture may feel strange. Some metals can cause an allergy. Regular adjustments are needed. |
| Orthodontics | Phase 1: 1–3 years Phase 2: 2–3 years | About once a month | The appliance can cause pain or discomfort. Cavities and gum inflammation become more likely. The roots of the teeth may shorten, or the gums may recede. Without a retainer after treatment, the teeth may move back. |
| Whitening | 2–4 weeks | 2–3 visits | Teeth may become sensitive. Crowns and fillings do not change color. The whiteness may fade over time. |
Please ask us by phone or at reception about how to pay.
